Tips and Tricks

Based on the information I have gathered if you are not losing weight you are a cheater...LOL...

Some tips and tricks that others have done to help you get through!

1. If you find you have not lost anything in 3 days eat 6 apples during one day and you will lose the next day.
2. Remember no lotions or makeup containing oil....NONE!
3. Some people find it harder to lose if they eat tomatoes...don't know if it's true but who am I to judge.
4. Only eat Chicken, White Fish, or Lean Beef for your meat choices.
5. Don't mix your vegetables...don't ask me why but if you choose to eat lettuce for lunch don't throw cucumbers in the mix but for dinner choose a didifferent veggie, seriously don't ask me why.
6. Increase your water intake if you aren't losing.
7. Eat your grapefruit, apple cider on your salads. Using hot sauce also speeds up your metabalism so use it!
8. Don't cheat...!
9. Make sure you eat protein at lunch and dinner even if you're not hungry.
10. Weigh your meat raw on a digital scale.
